2016 - project race weight. After gaining back 30 lbs from the end of 2014 to Jan 1 2016. I am on the project race weight plan to get back to 175 by October. Getting close by the day. New New This year lots of races, lots of miles, lots of stuff. Old New Intro Well I did 24 races in 12 months last year. I also lost 20 lbs total, although I gained 10 back from September to December. So this years goals are to Have fewer races, but train at a higher quality for them. 2 Half Ironman distance, 2 Olympic distance and the rest should be sprints. I will be focuing on Triathlon this year instead of all kinds of races. Secondary goal that will just happen I think will be to get down into the 170's since that will make me "not overweight" anymore. I don't think I have been 170 since highschool. Old Intro Hi there, I used to be a gamer and a drinker, but now I am a Triathlete and love every minute of it. My goal this year is to do 24 races in 12 months. As of the first week of march 4 are down and only 20 to go. Old Intro My name is Joel, I am a professional video game designer and I love food. I cook most of my own meals and make sure they are healthy, I go to the gym on average 4 times a week for 45 minutes to an hour a trip. I play games, read books, listen to tech podcasts and brew my own beer.

    Aww, thank you for the goodie! It even matches my real yoga mat! No, I never got the Yourself Fitness thing or Wii Fit. I've got some yoga dvds, though, and keep messing around on, which has a bunch of webcasts and podcasts and other media stuff. Haven't done much yoga, but still progressing on the house at least. :)
