    I've come accross your post at the 10 pounds by end of June challenge and really wish you luck to succeed. It is hard to find the right balance, sometimes. After a long while it is only this week that I see steady loss (I lost most of my pounds in my first month of SP). I had to adjust my workout - from more minutes to more intensity added to those minutes. I realised that I'm so used to walking 40 mins that my body does not recognize that as fitness. As I added 20-30 mins of elliptical trainer this has made the trick.

    I don't want to sound extra smart here but have you tried the suggested SP nutrition plans? I believe they can help you feel more satisfied and less hungry. Myself a huge bread and pasta lover - I decided to cut all white carbs and go dark: brown rice; whole meal pasta; whole wheat bread in addition to fruit and veg to every single meal. Adding a little bit of protein to each of the meals also helped me to feel less hungry and deprived. I do feel hungry occasionally - there are these PMS days or I work out too much or some emotional thing hits me - but in general I don't feel hungry most times on this diet. And that was my big dieting fear that I have to decide whether I want to be hungry or slim in my life. Both, for a long time, did no seem like a possiblity. But it is.

    Don't give up in searching for a solution. Give it time. Best wishes on your way. And hang in there, it will come along.

    Don't focus on not losing. Just focus on keeping up your exercise and eating healthy. The weight will come off! Have faith and know that people are here to listen and lend a helping hand. emoticon
