This is now officially the 2nd time around. I started last year really great, and fell at the half year mark. Life just got in the way. I maintained my weight loss pretty well, still ate right, exercised regularly, but did not track and therefore did not do as well. Wanted to start again beginning of year, but I instead got my kitchen remodeled. All hopes of healthy eating went out the window for the better part of 4 months despite my best efforts. I maintained my weight loss pretty well, still ate right, exercised regularly, but did not track and therefore did not do as well. Wanted to start again beginning of year, but I instead got my kitchen remodeled. All hopes of healthy eating went out the window for the better part of 4 months despite my best efforts. So here I go again know with full commitment, availability, and resources.

I'm just to change my life. Yes I need to and want to lose weight. But this is more than just the scale number. I want to be more active and make time for exercise. I want to eat healthier. I want to have more energy and just feel better about myself.

Loose 30 pounds.

Eat better balanced meals.

Exercise at least 10 minutes a day.

Enjoy a better life.

My Program:
 Exercise for at least 10 minutes each day.

Getting up in the morning without hitting snooze.

Track my calroies eaten and understand what I'm eating.

    Have a good time at the Zumba Class. I've seen it on TV and it looks like so much fun! Hope you enjoy it.

    I see you are going to be on the Freedom of the Seas in October. I will be on it just a month before you. We have a Promenade room. We had one on the Liberty when we were on it and it is really fun to sit in your window seat and look out your window and see the people out shopping in the mall.
    I have a few pounds to lose before we leave. I noticed you have lost over ten pounds. Congratulations! That is terrific! I see how hard you are working with your bootcamp and exercise challenges. I am impressed. I haven't tried that yet. Keep up the good work!
