My Goals:
Do 20 minutes of loving movement everyday. I have done over 250 days so far. Yes, that is every day since Jan. 1, 2020.

My Program:
 I am to the point I need to focus on tracking my food.

I am a mid-40's divorced mom of 2. I have dealt with childhood asthma.
