    Hi, Jill. I saw you commenting on my friend CarolBland's page, and just wanted to welcome you. She has been a total inspiration for me also. I joined at the first of the year...like Carol I'm not pushing it. Enjoying my food and going slow and steady. I've lost 19 lbs. (I think I'll hit the 20 lb. mark Monday), and Spark is great.

    I also didn't want to tell anyone I was watching my food...AGAIN. I didn't want to see that little "roll of the eyes". And I hate using the words "THIS TIME". So I do understand. BUT....I know I need to be accountable to someone, so I chose one friend. I go to her house every Monday morning and having to weigh in "officially" for someone has really really helped me. I can call her to brag, gripe, whine, cry, etc. about my weight, and that's also a relief.

    Welcome again, best of luck to you...and you're doing the best thing to get motivated...visit the pages of those who have been successful and who are BEING successful. I'm SO enjoying this journey...'THIS TIME'! TweetiBear = Fran

    Hi, Thank you for adding me as a friend. Don't be afraid to put what you want out there. Hopefully your family and friends will be supportive, but for whatever reason if they are not at least you have made a commitment to yourself to do what is right for you. There are many people here that will support you and encourage you on this journey. I started slow picking just a couple of things I needed to change at a time and adding more as those became habit. These baby steps have added up to big results. You can do this and I will be happy to encourage you and help in any way. If you need to chat or whatever just let me know. emoticon emoticon emoticon
