    Hey.

    I would like a little push in the right direction (this week i've missed two work outs in favour of 'relaxing', which isn't good, because I generally feel better having exercised).

    I just can't seem to bring myself to do it this week - normally I'm pretty dedicated. So I will try and motivate you!

    You run a lot? I'm trying to get into it because it's free and good for you, but I find I get a bit bored and I prefer my tae bo. However, I have promised to do a 5k run with a friend in May and really should start to get into it - i want to actually be able to run the whole way...

    What sort of distances did you start at?
