My Goals:
I have decided that I would like to set my goal to lose weight in 20 lb increments.
1st goal - 239 lbs by the week of 11/13/15 (@ 2lbs per week.)
2nd goal - 219 lbs by the week of 1/22/115
3rd goal - 199 lbs by the week of 4/1/15
Woo Hoo - less than 200lbs!!
4th goal - 179 lbs by the week of 6/10/15
I would like to lose between 25 - 30 or 35% of my current weight depending on how I look at said weight. I NEED to do this!
5% - 246
10% - 233
15% - 220
20% - 207
25% - 194
30% - 181
35% - 168
My Program:
My plan is to work out 3 - 5 times a week.
90 mins total
45 - 60 mins of cardio
30 mins of strength training
