Introduction Text Back and dusting myself off to start again! After falling off the wagon for the last 2 years and gaining back all the weight I had lost it is time to get back at it. I cannot stand the way I look when I look at myself in the mirror, and my clothes are all too tight, and I REFUSE to buy bigger ones so it is time to get off my butt and get back at it. There is time to salvage myself a wee bit before swim suit season! lol Join my on my journey and we can help each other!

Bah, i'm tired of setting goals that I never seem to meet. My goal is to have a flat stomach and be happy with where I am at. I don't have a set goal weight, I think i'll just know when i'm there.

My program is to eat anything and everything, just in much smaller portions and to move more! I truly believe this is the only proper way to do this. It has to be a life change not a "diet". So, that is my goal to eat less and move more.

I am a mother of three - 11, 3 and 2. The two youngest being preemies. I have struggled with weight issues all my life and had at one time thought I had conquered them - I was 15lbs from my goal weight and then I got pregnant and then our daughter came 10 weeks early and I thought a chocolate bar a day would keep the stress away! Guess what - it didn't, but the weight sure came rolling back on! Then when my daughter was 3 months old I found out that I was pregnant again! Oh boy! So, our son came 15 weeks early and it was a struggle to wait and see if he was going to make it or not and of course in order to deal with stress you need to eat more! So, long story short I gained back all I had lost plus 20 extra pounds for good luck! We live in Saskatchewan, Canada where there are two seasons - Winter and construction! I hope to gain support and to give support here!
