Introduction Text I find myself fumbling on and off being healthy and well. I go on and off track, eventually always leading me back to spark. Luckily this time, I've found a few other people have made their way back as well. Starting over. A fresh, new beginning. Life isnt about a goal at the end, its an on going journey, and never-ending road that one must balance with wellness, life, work, and everything else that comes in its path. This is that journey.

10,000 steps each day 10 flights of stairs each day. That is a good start.

I try to eat as healthy and whole as possible. I drink a lot of water, and not much else. I exercise at the gym, doing various activities.

From Raleigh, NC. Married. We have a Dog. Work in an office environment where I don't get to move much, but I try. I am also in school studying for my Masters in Health Administration. Balancing work/life/school/exercise is an ongoing challenge.
