Fitness Minutes: 976

My Goals:
Get to my goal weight of 140 pounds and be able to shop with my friends again.....in the single digits!

ULTIMATE GOAL: BECOME A PERSONAL TRAINER

My Program:
 Daily Diet:
-1200-1500 cals
-35 g fiber
-90-125 g carbs
-Keep sat. fat low.

Exercise:
-at least 30 mins of cardio 6 days a week
-2 days a week of strength training


Personal Information:
I'm happily married for 5 years. We have a wonderful son. I'm a respiratory therapist and my husband is a Firefighter/EMT.



Other Information:
 I love my job as a Respiratory Therapist, but my ultimate goal would be to get into shape to be a personal trainer. I read books, articles, and anything else health and fitness related all the time. But just because I can tell you what to do doesn't mean I am doing it :) Gotta get on track so that I can pass the Personal Training class and look good so someone will actually wan to hire me :)
