    Hey thanks for stopping by and giving me some blog love. The whole goal thing has been amazingly helpful. And the more I do it, the more lessons I learn about it. Have you read my updated page? I have all my yearly goals and then seasonal goals. With April a week away, I have been pondering what my spring goals will be. I have not tried hip hop abs yet. I did spend an evening watching the videos and taking notes. I just haven't found a time when I want to regularly doing it. Every time I have added something to my routine, it has been good, but something else inevitably falls by the wayside. I have been making so much progress in the weight lifting and treadmill fronts, that I have been focusing my energy there. It is on my mind to figure out where to fit that in so I can keep up with it.
