My Goals:
I am back to share my experience with my weight loss and to gain support and education from others.

CORE OBJECTIVES :
1. BODY: move it
2. MIND: open it
3. SPIRIT: live happy

I am registered to do the COLOR RUN in Little Rock in November 2013.

My Program:
 Ideal Protein -
Ideal Health NOW
Start date: April 19, 2013

I have also tried the HMR program but due to expenses I had to stop. Right now, I can't decide if I need to stick with Ideal Protein or return to HMR. We'll see.

    Thanks for the "sunshine" goodie. Everything is well with me personally. Unfortunately, the tornado ripped through my sister's housing addition and she has lost her home. She is safe and her animals are safe, and I am so very thankful for that.

    I don't know if you still do SP and I'm new at adding people, but when I did a search for someone with similar goals - you and I were the only ones who showed up on the page! emoticon I hope if you are interested, we can help each other along. I've done this so many times, but always on my own and maybe that's why it's so hard to stick to it.
