Hi...I'm a 34 yr old wife and mother of one. I am currently obese and wanting to lose weight. I am ready to begin making changes toward better health and a more active lifestyle. My miracle baby was born Oct 09' and she is the light of my life. I was already obese when I got pregnant with her but I had a beautiful pregnancy Thank God. After she was born I dropped all the pregnancy weight I had gained within a week however, I have since put it all back on. I feel terrible because when I was pregnant I was sure that I would not go back to bad habits after she was born because I wanted to be a great role model. I allowed myself to get lazy and here I am currently carrying around 330 lbs....ugh! This site is amazing and some of the success stories I have read are extremely motivating. I am very excited!!!!

My Goals:
I think the biggest goal is just to feel better. I want to be able to go places and do things. I want to maintain a healthy lifestyle and be a beautiful role model for my daughter.

My Program:
As of now I am keeping my 3 mini goals of drinking 8 glasses of water, writing in my journal and exercising atl east 10 mins a day. I usually end up exercising more than that each day cause I feel that once I've started why stop at just 10 minutes so I take my daughter on a walk everyday in her wagon. She loves it!!!

My name is Jenneffer. I am 34 yrs young and I live in Jacksonville, FL. I have been married for 10 years to a wonderful man who loves me for who I am. In 2009 our dream of having a child together came true and today we have a beautiful 1 1/2 yr old daughter named Lily. She lights my world.

    Making gradual changes that you know you can stick with will get you success in the end! Great to see you've started tracking your food because that can be a real eye-opener!! It's fun to try and eat the recommended ratios of carb, fat and protein... I was hopeless when I first started!

    As for sugar addiction, I find that fruit helps tame the cravings!

    You're doing great (and you could always use a tape measure instead of scales!)
