Introduction Text Hi. I'm 41 years old and the mother of an awesome 7 year old daughter. I've been married to my hubby for 12 years but we've been together for 17 years. I followed an eating plan for many years while in my 20's but after some deaths in my family and with friends, I lost control of my eating and emotions. I'm ready to start again. It's going to be a long battle (this is the highest my weight has ever been including the day I gave birth!!) but I want to be around for a long time so I can enjoy my family. My goals are: -Eat well every day -Minimize junk -Exercise for at least 30 minutes 4-5x a week -Pay attention to how I'm feeling -Increase protein foods, decrease white, processed carbs as best as I can for my lifestyle -Increase fiber

I usually make a monthly calendar of the following exercises: -30 Day Shred -No More Trouble Zones -Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism -Yoga Meltdown -Ripped in 30 I'm a Jillian Michaels junkie! :P -ME workout

I'm from Long Island, NY, lived in Las Vegas for a year and Tucson, AZ for 12 years! Currently I'm in Florida and loving it!!!! I'm a special education inclusion teacher. I have one child, a daughter who's 5 already! Time flies... I've been married to my awesome hubby for 10 years, together for 15 years. Life is good!
