Swimming is a great exercise for me and I usually lose 2-3lbs (when I can be bothered to do it, since I can't find a fitness friend and I find it boring and lonely). Its a good all over toner and cardio. Switch to diet coke and weigh/record your food and you will see results! 4987 days ago
