Hello, my name is Joanne (a.k.a Jojo). I am 34 years old and was just told that I have very high cholesterol and I am borderline diabetic. I have come to the conclusion that I need to lose some weight if I want to be around for a few more years. If you would like to chat about goals or just life in general, give me a holler.

My Goals:
To lose 94 lbs. To get healthy and to start walking everyday!!

My Program:
 I am just trying to eat right and calculating my nutrition on spark people. I am also trying to walk at least 4 times a week for 30 min
