I'm 18, and i mainly just want to lose this weight before i go off to college next year. i'll be working with horses, so i need to be strong and fit enough to ride for hours a day and be able to control them easily.
i love music, and it boost my workout mood sooo much! my favorite low cal foods are jello and popcorn (:

Fitness Minutes: 1,164

My Goals:
I want to get down to 110 because that was the last time i was confident in myself. I want to wear a bikini and feel confident in it. I want to be healthy, and not have doctors tell me to lose more weight. I want to be able to run for more than 2 minutes on the treadmill. I just want to be happy.

My Program:
I am following the meal plan that i set up for myself, full of non fats and vegitarian foods. I exercise 6 times a week for 2 hours. I have one 'splurge' day a week, where i can eat one thing i am craving at one serving.

Personal Information:
I'm from new england, and its alright, although i'm not a big fan of the weather. My friends are a big support system for me, and i dont think i would be where i am without them. I'm pretty outgoing, and i love to smile, so making friends is easy for me. I love music, and i cant do anything without it. I'm always listening or humming some kind of tune.

my favorite kind of exercise is walking on the treadmill and trying out the different programs they have on there. the hills are my favorite (:

i'm 17 and a seinor in high school, and i'm going to college next year! most of my friends are staying around here, but i'll be 11 hours away in west virginia. i'm going to an equestrian school, and i absolutely cant wait!
