Welcome to my SparkPage! My name is Jo- I am 33 years old and had my first baby on 9/11/08. I feel like I've been so tired of dieting, but understand now that it is not a temporary fix, but a lifelong solution. My husband and I are TTC #2 and I desperately want to be in better shape for a healthy pregnancy and easier delivery. Even though I lost all of the weight from pregnancy #1- I have a lot more to go to get to my PRE baby goals.

My Goals:
I would like to lose 50 pounds and be at a healthier weight for pregnancy #2.

My Program:
 I am working on portion control, religiously tracking my food, and re-starting my exercise program.


Personal Information:
My friends call me Jo :-) I had a lot of "justs" happen to me in the last year: I just got married, just gained 10 additional pounds post-wedding, and just had a miscarriage and am now TTC again. You can add JUST had a baby!

    I am also slowly but surely working on getting back into an exercise program. I go through these spurts of activity and then nothing. Trying to get out of that cycle. We can work on it together. Thanks for your support on the Baby Dust...messageboards!

    THanks for your advice about that fertility site. I'm trying not to stress to much about it, until it has been a year of trying... then I'll start worrying more I guess. I'm from Minnesota too and my whole family is still there! I noticed you said something about a storm!! I miss it there sometimes, but definately not the winters!! I can't wait till the end of the year - I'm going back for 2 months - yay!
