WATERMELLEN
Hey, how nice to hear from you!! I'm still hanging in here, at the upper end of my new lower maintenance range and vigilantly yanking my leash: and could be doing more exercise but staying pretty fit!!
Congrats to you on your running and sticking with it!! It gives you a lot of pleasure and keeps you fit for sure. I loved running but unfortunately ground out those hips and knees -- so its XC ski in the winter, golf in the summer, elliptical at the gym all year round. 1802 days ago

We're two of the survivors from our "week" of entry back in May 2011.
I'm keeping on keeping on: maintenance is tough, but I yank my leash and get myself back within range as required -- quite often it's been the www.fatlosers.com program with Steve Siebold, and right now I'm putting myself through the Dr. Judith S. Beck "The Beck Diet Solution: training your brain to think like a thin person" 6 week series.
If you haven't tried these -- I'd say they are worth a try?? Siebold is totally "in your face" and not everybody's cup of tea, but works for me. And Beck is all about cognitive behaviour therapy, the "between the ears" stuff: just hugely important.
(Hey, sorry -- I though you had posted on my page . . . but maybe not, can't see it now -- saying you were having trouble staying within weight range. So the above may be an unneeded/unwanted suggestion!! But hello anyhow. ) 2366 days ago
