The road to healthy


I'm on the road to being healthier and more fit. I'm hoping a consequence of this will be to lose a significant amount of weight.

My Goals:
Be healthy and fit.
Feel good.
Gym 4-5 times a week.
Do something every single day.
Drink water.

My Program:
 Eating clean.
Saying no to coke (the soft drink)
Tracking everything I eat.
Exercise! Going to the gym.
