    Hi, thanks for your comment on my blog. Wish I could send you some of the curry but it might be a bit messed up by the time it gets to you.
    Not sure about the calories because I don't count them with the healthy diet I follow. It's all low fat food cooked from scratch. Any 'frying' is done using Frylite or onecal spray oil, the sauce is just onions, garlic & ginger, passata, curry powders & low fat yoghurt. If you want I can send you the recipe.
