Making changes beginning with myself. Making things about myself. My health. I've been using peanutsmom96 for over 20 years. It refers to my child, Peanut, who was born in 96. I'm choosing unto use my initials and say it's me cuz I didn't know what else to use lol. I wanted to be sure when I saw it I reminded myself to take care of me, finally. I feel like this will be my last attempt because I will be successful.

weight loss then toning and definition
Drop approximately 60 pounds by end of year 2020
Hold Plank - three minutes
Pushups - 24
Wall Sit - 33 seconds
Run/Walk - 12 minute mile
Flexibility - on floor touch toes
Goals found in article for forty something women.
My Program:
eat better
get moving
working on the details as of 01/2020
probably
- eat in goal range mostly freggies and healthy stuff
- walk dogs (especially as days get longer and warm up) as cardio
- workout video/dvd to work on toning and definition stuff
* PT instructions from when I busted my knee, get that in shape to ramp up and actually have walking be cardio and be able to do workouts, pretty vague but I will get there

2 adult children
- Peanut is 24 year old uterus baby
- Kiddo is 28 year old adopted baby
1 nephew
- Buddy is 14 years old
2 dogs
- Sparky is an eleven year old beagle
- Chance is an nine year old boxer/bulldog
4 cats
- Jack A. is a grey tuxedo
- Severus is a black tuxedo (lives with Peanut)
- Albus is a black cat
- Minerva is a black cat with a small patch of while
(Al and Mine are siblings about one year old)
(Peanut brought them home and left them with me)
