I love Jordin Sparks song she sanged when she won, This is my now and I am living in the moment. My whole life I have been overweight. I reached my all time high after having my first child. I had reached 305 pounds. I couldn't beleive it. I set out to loose the weight and didn't take it serious. Now I am determined to get the weight off and to keep it off. I want to be heathly and happy. I joined the gym February of 2010 and purchased 10 session with a trainer. My trainer was awesome. He push me to heights I thought I could never reach. I fell great. When I first joined I was ready to go home after 30 minutes. Now I go in the gym and I can't leave unless I have been there for at least 2 hours. I am also eating healthier. Pacing myself and I love exercising. If I can't exercise its like depriving me of food. I go from 6-7 times a week. I know its a little crazy but it keeps the little ones busy and me to. Beats sitting home eating.

We can all do things through chirst which stregthens us. Time out for excuses. My excuse used to be my family but not anymore. Since february I have lost 49 pounds and counting. 32 more pounds until the new me. Its tough but I push through.

Nothing in life is easy. People don't even recognize me anymore. I feel so beautiful. You will run into those people that are jealous, trust me I am. Everyone doesn't have your best interest. I just push through I eat right, excercise to live and be healthy for my children. I can't wait until Iget to my goal weight. I was wearning a size 24 and now I am a size 16. My goal size was a 16, I thought that is what 200 pounds was but boy was I wrong. I am so confident now, my self-esteem is up and can't no one tear it down.

All of us can do it we just need some motivation

200 is my all time ultimate goal. I am 5'10 and was 200 in high school.


My Program:
To meet my goals I am getting to the gym at least 5 days a week and buring at least 1200 calories everytime I go. I am also watching what I eat very closely. I have cut out greasy burgers and foods of that nature. If I have a cravings for one I eat one, however I don't overdue it. Instead of ordering a whopper I order a whopper jr. I mainly eat pollo tropical or subway for lunch.
