Finally Believing I can
I'm looking to make lasting changes through healthy behaviors that are sustainable and enjoyable.

My Goals:
--GW 140
--walk/run a half marathon (done Fall 2014)
--learn to like ST
--learn how to eat healthy with Crohns
My Program:
My program is a work in progress. I am using an app called fabulous to build healthy and long lasting habits.
For nutrition, I plan to decrease carb intake and track food on SP
For exercise, I don't have anything set in stone, but I want to get to the gym more often, I especially like dance fitness classes. And I know I need to start ST. Also, my daughter wants me to do C25K with her this summer.
Personal Information:
I live in Meridian, Idaho. I have 6 kids (including 2 daughters in law), and 1 grandson, but only my youngest daughter is still at home with me. I have an incredible husband who lost a bunch of weight 15 years ago and has kept it off. But he also has a lot of will power and exercises a TON and brings a lot of junk food into our house. My family is my motivation, joy and world. I also enjoy crocheting and quilting, reality shows, and dancing.
