I am 54, married with 3 kids and two Grandsons. Two of my kids are adults and have moved away long ago. I have an 16 yr old daughter at home and and I would love to have more energy to do things together with her. Weight has always been a problem for me but never as bad as it now. I had my last child at 38 and I put on a lot of weight and have kept putting it on ever since. Now I really have to try to get rid of it. I want to be healthy and have more energy. I joined spark people years ago but have been away for quite a long time. Now I'm ready to start over again.

Trying to eat better and exercise more. Tracking my food every day. Drink lots of water. Praying I can stay strong!

I love my computer but we spend way too much time together. I love to read especially on my ereader, couldn't live without it. I like to make rosaries. Most of the things I love involve sitting. Exercise is something I really need to work on. My biggest weakness is my love for chips and dip. Oh and pizza...love pizza!
