I'm Heather and I'm 28. I lost 144 lbs in a year and am looking to lose another 23-25 lb or so.

Me in a nutshell: Loud, silly, crazy, creative, fun. I love tats, pin ups, Sailor Jerry, fast cars and obnoxiously loud music, Rockabilly, Punk, swing/big band, 80’s fashion, Rob Zombie and John Cusack, roller derby, ghosts (I have a few in my place lol), silly t-shirts, hoodies, Chihuahuas, running, horror movies, and anything leopard print.

Going back to school to work on a 2nd B.S. in Dietetics and eventually an M.S. in Exercise Science to help others who were once morbidly obese learn to live healthy, happy, productive lives! Then I'll take over the world ;)

My Goals:
Half marathon in Oct 2010 and full Marathon April 2011...

Maybe future fitness competitor.

Definitely getting my RD (Registered Dietician) licensing. 1st stop- 2nd B.S. in Dietetics!


My Program:
Slowly learning to increase calories into maintenance after RNY(Gastric Bypass) 6/8/09 and reach my goal of 125 healthy and toned lbs. Exercise 4-6 days/week and cals anywhere from 1000-1400 depending on the day.
