My name is Ashley- I gave birth to my beautiful baby girl 9-24-08 and now have to get rid of whats left of her. I started gaining weight before getting pregnant due to the fact that I have always had jobs moving around (sales, gym staff and waitressing) now being in the insurance industry I have let my desk get the best of me!! But it's time for that to change, I'm not only doing this for me but my kids :)

My Goals:
Goals-
1. No fast food
2. Track all food
3. Get to the gym 3 days a week AT LEAST and work out at home when I can't make it
4. Don't let week-ends get the best of me
5. Remember weight loss doesn't happen over night and to look at the big picture


My Program:
Sunday- Mix it up day
Monday- Cardio, abs & Legs @ home
Tuesday- Gym
Wednesday- Cardio, abs & arms @ home
Thursday- Gym
Friday- Mix it up day
Saturday- Gym



Personal Information:
I am on this weight loss journey so I feel more comfortable in my own body and not so insecure. I also want to fix the problem before it gets worse- My kids need a Mom to play with not to watch them play !
