I have been married for 42 years to the love of my life! I am the mother of 5 grown daughters and the grandmother to 15 beautiful grandchildren! I chose JustAskMe as my user name because I have battled weight all my life. I suffer with Thyroid Disease and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. I really enjoy people who have a good sense of humor. Laughter is like fuel for my soul... I have decided to join Spark People hoping it will help me get back the Spark in my life by being in shape and on the road to a healthier life! I plan to eat a well balanced diet daily, drink plenty of water and walk on my treadmill or out doors at least 5 times a week.
