Introduction Text 1/3/19 Coming to terms with the change and ready for the next adventure in getting healthy. I plan to play a lot too! 12/8/18 Studio owner abruptly cancelled the Kickboxing class, she no longer wants this class/these students in her studio. 8/30/18 Finished the 27 week fitness challenge and I'm much stronger and wearing some smaller size clothes. Now I'm in a personal 27 week fitness challenge with my workout buddies. I still have a long way to go, but now I'm on the right path! 2/18/18 The beginning of Week 6 - I FEEL GOOD and it's been a long time since I said that. This isn't easy, but it's worth the hard work and it IS working! 2/10/18 This is the end of Week 4 of my new fitness program. I exercised 5 days each week. I have more energy, I'm getting stronger and I feel happier! 1/28/18 Turning things around with a new fitness program and lots of positive thoughts/talk! 6/21/17 Negative comments reveal a lot about the person speaking the words. 4/29/17 Beginning to deal with things - taking it slow on a treacherous path. 4/23/17 I was told that I'm to blame for everything bad.
