Hey everyone! Welcome to my page! My name is Justice. Im 23 and Im tired of being overweight, so i'm looking to create major changes in the way that I relate to food and exercise.

:Create a consistency in my work out routine.

:Weight 130lbs

:Exercise 3 days a week

:Drink 100oz of water every day

:Get at least 7 hours of sleep

:Maintain a weightloss journal

Goal #1: 214 (met 2/1/08)
Goal #2: 210 (met 2/12/08)

My Program:
This is the pasrt that i have yet to figure out, but here are my plans thus far...

:Drink 100 oz daily
:Eat 8 servings of fruits and veggies daily

My Rewards:
200 lbs: get a mani + pedi
190lbs: Buy 2 pairs of shoes
180lbs:Buy concert tickets
170lbs: Get a massage
160lbs: Buy a new wardrobe!!!
