I see the dr tomorrow so I think she's gonna discuss the pill stuff then, before dispensing... It's a strong medication where I take one a day for a week, then 2 a day for a week, until week 4 where it becomes 4 every day.. 2 in morning, 2 at night.... I think when we're ready to say goodbye, the best bet would be to wean, like do the reverse of dropping to 3 a day for a week, to 2 a day for a week.... or take away one tablet per day, each month, until off. I need to lose 170 lbs. I lost 6.8lbs in 2 weeks and could lose all of my weight in slightly more than 1 yr if it were to be consistent, which we know it can't.... but I'm working to eliminate the bad foods in the house...and get us on more veggies, fruit, and sandwiches versus pastas and stuff...I think I need to cut down to an almost keto life style. my carb dependency to feel full is pretty strong, as I'd noticed... whatever we're doing now, appears to be working so far even though it doesnt feel like I have really changed much of anything other than calorie counting....

The weight pills will be monitored by my weightloss dr, we made a goal that 70lbs lost in 6 months time is ideal, and if I'm not at least close to that, we'll consider weight loss surgery. I'd rather do what I can, on my own. I've lost 6.8lbs since the first visit with her, WITHOUT the weight loss pills, and that was 2 weeks ago tomorrow. I've tried a lot of diet fads, no luck. I log my food daily and use online to help me get the calorie information or close-to, if I cant in person.. That helps, PLUS I'd noticed the first week was a TON of carbs... I've cut those down quite a bit and cravings aren't severe just yet..

I'm excited to see how the weight loss tablets help... I see weight dr tomorrow and then I think I'm starting those. It won't be like Alli, which helped in the past, but I can't risk peeing fat out my butt at work x.x' yea, not a fun pill but helpful.. or it was, when I lived with my mom... not a healthy cooker back then.

I'm working on getting tested for sleep apnea, which can be a reason for lack of well rested sleep and low energy through the days.I'm seeing an allergist weekly for shots to get over severe allergies... I've learned I need to eat more like my son. Loves veggies and fruit... trying to introduce him to new things, more healthy things..

So far husband loves the omelettes I make... 3 eggs, 2slices shredded lunch meat, green onion, green pepper, shredded red cabbage and carrots, 1 broken slice of cheese in center. Yummy. Was 331cal just for that but was a huge omelette. used turkey. You can make healthy things you just need to find recipes and maybe tweak them.. we're easing back into our old semi-veggy diet we had going before. It worked best for husband.

For lunch, if I work, it's a snack bag of a vegetable, fruit, and 2 sandwiches cuz I'm at work 7a ~ 6pm.. might eat the other sandwich, might not... but found this combo is healthy enough and filling enough. I might have to keep on calorie tracking for a year or more to keep the habit and not gain back what I lose. I'm going to be celebrating someway if I get to 270. That was my LAST highest, before having Rayne.... and 220 was the lowest I was in Junior High/early high school......245 was the lowest I got when dieting and exercising..

We can do it... just tons of effort for the lack of care towards our bodies..

Read your updated post on your weight loss. Congrats! You can do it... looking into therapy and the right medication can help with the depression but it takes time... forcing yourself to keep up, moving, and getting sunlight, vit C and Bs will help as well... you can do this. Miss hearing from you and wishing you all the best throughout the weightloss journeys, attempts or continued paths... I'm back to counting calories and eating just 1500 cal a day, once it's easily met, dropping to 1200cal if possible...
seen a weight loss professional and I've been OK'd to start this weightloss pill that should help significantly.... if not, surgery might be in my future... Taking the necessary steps.

I'm starting back at it! Already an hour of exercise, relaxed to finish watching Moana with Rayne...by the time it was over I felt the soreness. I hope you're doing what you can for you, too

I know you called my diet "strict" but it's not strict vegan... I'm losing about 2lbs per week now...and about 2-2.5inches per week. Maybe try it for a month, see how it goes and if you can stick through it another 3 or 4?
At my current rate, my goal is to reach 135 by June 2019, so I plan to be on this diet a while...and if B finds a night job, as soon as weather warms, frequent strolls after my day job with Rayne and/or generally exercising at home. Try to drop all but turkey and chicken and then ease to just eggs....and then just milk, eggs once per week, and white cheese (white american, prov, swiss, or mozz only) ? See how it goes? I have dinner suggestions that might be good. We did sweet n sour beans and it was really good! (like S&S chicken but replace with beans)
