    I am pretty sure you can do this. I am doing great right now. I got back to tracking my food intake and have doubled my swims, going in the morning and again at night. I walked my dog halfway around a lake (1.5 miles) in between swims yesterday. I couldn't have walked a block 8 months ago. Of course I am at a different point in my life. I have to be very selfish and tell people no to unhealthy choices. No to even putting myself in a situation where I might make an unhealthy choice.

    I don't know if any of this resonates with you, but I care about you and want you to succeed in your goals and I will do whatever I can (within reason) to help you.

    My cousin lost 35lbs in 5 weeks going strictly vegan. Doing semi similar but allowing milk and pinches of cheese (for hubby sake).

    Last I knew he was a 2br, sudden marriage? :) congrats! And so far 7 days (8 actually now) on the diet. Starting the processed food withdrawal now but also some food aversion to what I once ate. I know finding the drive and motivation is hard.

    or if you will just create another if you do....

    I started a Lacto-ovo Vegetarian diet... means mostly veggies, rice, beans, but we do have SOME cheese and milk - milk for slim fast shakes for breakfast and lunch..... I work 60-80 hrs at two jobs for the moment but hoping to eliminate one and drop down for my Master's program... or find some way to make it all work.
    I hope to lose everything in 13-14 months... Feb or March 2019. :) I really hope I don't quit on myself again due to situations. I hope you are doing some necessary changes for you and your life and thus why I haven't heard from you... hoping for the best.
