2018 - be the person that I am proud to be! Finish the Chicago Danskin Tri September 27th 2009- DONE!! Avon walk (39 miles) in Chicago June/2010. DONE!! Learn to swim. - lessons! This is a tough one!! Jog a 5k in a 2012 - done in 2011 - perhaps a 10k in 2012! Get my weight down by changing my relationship with food!!! Goal in progress!!! Bite it and write it! 2014/15 - train and hike a mountain at 14K feet.

Defining my lifestyle..as the old one needs updating! Trouble being a food tracker...it is a problem!!!
