Slow, but steady!


When I first starting on my weight loss journey, I was at about 230+ pounds. I made it down to 191 and then fast forward 4 years ago later, with 2 children (2 c sections) and another abdominal surgery to remove a desmoid tumor. Getting active again has been challenging because I am often in pain from the last surgery (a yr ago). I really need motivation and positivity in my life right now so am back on Sparks. I love the site and the people! I am always looking for low impact ideas and new ...
