Hello everyone, my name is Joselyn. I originally went from 284 to 220 within six months during 2009. I kept that weight off for four years. Within the past two years I have gone from 210 t0 263. Spark people and the gym was the only thing that worked for me. So here I am for a do over.

My Goals:
Loose 80 lbs and maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle.
Work out every day.
Track EVERYTHING that I eat.
Stay withing my SP guidelines.
Drink at least 64oz of water a day.
My Program:
1550 Calories per day, No more than 30 grams of fat per day. Calories from fat 30 or below. 7-10 grams of fat per meal.
No eating after 7p.m (I am trying)
Eat on a small plate.
Drink @ least 8 glasses of water per day.
Log everything I eat or drink (extremely important).
Stay withing my nutrition guidelines.
