My goal is to stay as healthy as I can for my family.

Finish my PhD

Teach my children to make healthy choices.

Dance as if nobody is watching!

    Thank you so much for you comments on my blog. Unfortunately, since I am in direct sight of customers, we are not allowed, food or drink (including water) with us. That leaves me with only my breaks. I know, water will fill me, but I am not able to drink it while on the job. Boy do I wish I could, I know it would solve one of my problems. Thanks for you comments nonetheless.

    My Spark Life is a work in progress too.
    I just recently started working the "friends" part of Spark and I can see that a person could get caught up with this. It's much better than Facebook. This is so much more specific and personal. A real true community. I am planning on just starting with a few friends and see if I can manage them without letting it manage me.
