I started Spark People in March 2008 and did good for a while, then my life seemed to spiral out of control over the summer months and I lost all my motivation. I was feeling really bad about myself and all I did was come home from work and lay on the couch or in the bed and watch TV. I hardly spent any time with my boys. I felt miserable. One day I was going through my e-mails and saw that I had a comment on my Spark Page, so I checked it. it was from one of my Spark team members and they said they missed me. That was the motivation I neeed to get me going in the right direction again.
Durig my "down time," I gained 10 pounds and lost a lot of my self respect. Now I am gonna gain my self respect back and lose the pounds.

I have to start eating more fruits and veggies cause right now I hate them.

I need to drink at least 8-10 glasses of water every day.

I want to quit the Dr. Peppers. It is so hard because I am addicted to them.


My Program:
I am walking 3 miles 3 times a week, Strength Training 3 times a week, and cardio 3 times a week. My goal is to be able to run 5 K by January 1, 2010.
