Hi My name is Lisa

So far with Spark people i have lost 50lbs - sometimes it has been a real struggle but i am still going.

I work as a community musician running singing groups for all ages particularly babies! which i love.

I have two children aged 16 and 13, a dog and a tropical fish tank.

My Goals:
To stop eating chocolate!!!!
To get in more exercise.
To better motivate myself!

My Program:
 I am using a pedometer and trying to get in so many steps aday.
Working out to videos at home.
Occasionaly use the exercise bike.
Dancing with the children i work with.

I enjoy going out with the kids, be it bowling, movies, walking the dog.
I am a si-fi freek and love to watch Stargate and Startrek.
