I'm a 27-year-old Jack of All Trades. In my eclectic on-again off-again relationship with SparkPeople, I had lost 38 pounds at one point and was in the best shape of my life. A lot has changed since then, resulting in weight-gain.

But, if there's one thing that SP has taught me, it's that not all things are lost. I'm back to show all my fellow Kings and Queens of Excuses that the only person in the way of your goal(s) is YOU. Have faith in you and take that first step (even if you have to take it again and again!).

My Goals:
+ Slowly and steadily get back to my fitness level in 2010
+ Decrease body fat and increase strength/tone
+ Finish a 5K in under 30 minutes *DONE!*
+ Run a 10k in 2010 *DONE!*
+ Run a half marathon *DONE on 5/1/2011!*
+ Never, ever go back to a size 12 (or 10, or 8...)
+ Continue to 'spread the Spark' to anyone and everyone!
