Becoming The "Me" That I See...


I'm just beginning this journey and I am so scared/happy/excited/nervous/ready!!! I'm 27 and I've never been in shape, so I'm in for some serious work, but it's time. Right now.

My Goals:
My immediate goals are to:

-Drink enough water every day
-Continue to maintain proper portion sizes and make healthier food choices
-Make sure to eat a high fiber/high protein breakfast within an hour of waking EVERY morning
-Get in at least 25 mins of cardio, at least 5 days a week
-Strengthen my core
-Keep an up-to-date weight loss/fitness journal
