I am a barrel racer who over the last six months has gained about 25 to 30 pounds. I am starting to ride again and getting married soon so I want to get back down to my old weight. I need to stay motivated and keep working out instead of giving up and quitting.

My Goals:
I want to lose 30 pounds and get back into shape so I can be happy with myself and healthy again.

My Program:
 Walking, watching what I eat, working out more


Personal Information:
I have been around horses my whole life and been riding since I was 3. I quit competing 2 years ago when I put my good horse down. I am going to start competing again soon so I want to get skinny again. I'm engaged to a great guy and I am almost through with school to be a teacher.

Other Information:
 I love being outside, near horses and animals, bowling, and walking.
