2/22/2017 - Still here and trying to get the weight off and feel healthy. I have had ups and downs over the past couple of years. I want to complete my journey this year.

9/21/2015 - Everyday is a new day for me to be healthy. The focus is on putting myself first and taking care of me.

12/31/2013 - Time to get this ball rolling again. Going to turn 40 in May and want to be fit by then.

So I have gained most of the weight back. I am weighing in now at 169 and I certainly dont want to go back to the 170s! So I am back at it again. Wish me luck!

Update - 5/2/2008
It took me 9 months but I was able to lose half the weight I wanted to take off. 20 pounds gone, I could have never done it without the support of sparkpeople! I have been at a standstill for about a month. (maybe a plateau, and I am sure the drinking and eating all I wanted in Mexico last week didn't help) I am finally back on track. My goals have been updated and I am ready to shave off the rest of this weight!

Update: After 6 1/2 months I am now down about 15 pounds. I put on a few pounds over the holidays but they are starting to come back off now that I have gotten back on track. I feel great and am back on my journey of knocking away some more of this weight by April. I only have 3 1/2 more months to go! I have cut back on the wine and I am also trying to cut out a lot of the processed and high sodium foods that I have been eating lately to hopefully speed up my progress.

Update: After 2 1/2 months I am now down 10 lbs and 2 pants sizes. This is the most progress I have made in years. Still hating the exercise but getting better. I am in my second week of the Spark 5k program and I can feel myself getting more fit.

Since July 2007 I have lost 18 pounds with Spark People. My starting weight was 175 and I am down to 157 now. Starting now January 2009 I am on a quest to lose another 20 pounds. I am hoping to be down to 135 by July 2009.

    Welcome to the Biggest Loser Season 4 team. Sorry I didn’t get a chance to welcome you sooner but it has been a very busy week for me. We will start on September 11th and will end on February 26. This gives us 24 weeks or 6 months to do the challenge. We will be posting or starting weight and measurements on day one. We will be competing against one another for the title of Biggest Loser. But in the end we will all be big winners in the weight we loose and the health we gain. I will be keeping everyone updated through emails and posts to the site.
