 Walking-greater than 10,000 steps per day
light weight training

Hi! I'm Karen. I live in Maryland with my husband and 2 daughters.

I need to set a healthy example for my girls.

I don't want to develop the diabetes and heart disease that has plagued others in my family.

    emoticon to Tattooed Women. We have a fun group with challenges/mini challenges to amp up the effort and keep us mindful. We also have great social support and gorgeous body art. Hope to see you in the chats and challenges. I too am a nurse...killer occupations, we eat bad stuff that the people bring in to say thank you , we work horrendous hours and take care of everyone but ourselves.
