Weigh lose Goal: 70-75 poounds (Starting at 235)
Mini goal 1: Lose 21 pounds to get to 214 (drops down to "overweight" no longer OBESE!
Mini goal 2: Lose 15 pounds to get to One-der Land
Mini goal 3: Lose 20 pounds to enter Healthy weight BMI range.
Mini goal 4 Lose 20 pounds to get to target weight. (160-ish)

Run a 5K
Complete the Kettlebell workout without having to rest

Personal Information:
I'm Karen, a 43 year old wife and mother of twin boys. I realized the other day that I have been Obese for around 6 years now, which crushed me because I swore to myself in High School I would never be over 200 pounds. I have tried and failed so often its become a routine. This is the year it changes. I'M CHANGING IT! I'm changing me!
