Introduction Text I have spent almost my entire life working hard and trying to please other people. Somewhere along the way I have lost myself. I am overweight and out of shape. I am frustrated with my seaming inability to sustain life style changes that would help me build a healthy and happier life. This year I have decided to focus on me. I am determined to make small changes that will lead to a healthy life style. I plan to focus on stress reduction, healthy eating and an active life style. I am starting this program and creating this page as a way of sharing my journey, successes and challanges with others who share my goals and to connect with others who can give me advice, encouragement and a helping hand along the way.
