    Wow! That is almost exactly me! I am so scared of becoming a yo-yo dieter. I know what kind of havoc that wreaks on your body. But I swear, just one or two days "off" and I gain back like 5 pounds! My body is VERY sensitive food/exercise/weight-wise I guess and I just have to stay vigilant.

    Interestingly, I'm recovering from a surgery right now so the ONLY exercise I can really do is walking and I'm maxing out at about 40 minutes at a SLOW pace (less than 20 min/mile). But I think it's really getting me into a good habit to walk everyday. If I can keep that up and then add in some other stuff, I think I can get the"exercise" part of this under control. But the food. OMG. Have to work on that.

    Hi! Saw some of your Atheist Parents posts and I think we are in similar sorts of places. I lost 50 pounds a few years ago and now I've gained about 30 of that back and so I'm on Spark to get those pounds gone again.

    The thing that really stuck with me, and something I'm REALLY working on, is portion size. I think that's going to be the key for me.

    How are you? Hope you've had a wonderful weekend & will be looking forward to the week ahead. Here in AZ our temps have fallen enough to remember why we live here. Great to be outdoors if you're feeling well.
