Im gonna be trying out running myself now, even though I generallly felt that even a long walk would leave my ankles and feet in pain thanks to my extra 45-50 pounds or so..!

As a mom who lost it, then gained it.. and really needs to lose it ALL again, I wanted to tell you thanks. Thank you for putting yourself out there and showing that it's still worth doing, and worth doing the right way.
After I pass my stress test, I'm going to C25k as well.. shooting for an 18 week program. Until then, I'm just going to walk for the next two weeks and remind my body that it used to enjoy moving. 2499 days ago
