Introduction Text HI, I'm Katfuzz. I'm on a journey to regain my health by losing weight and exercising. I am on Weight Watchers, had GREAT success in the past, even though I let the stresses of life get in the way of my focus, and gained a majority back. I have not given up on myself or Weight Watchers, because it is the only program that has worked for me. SO I am back to working that program, and focusing on getting Healthy again and staying that way!! :) The Road Goes ever on and I pursue it with eager feet. Hope you'll join me, it's more fun with friends. :)

Before I get into goal making. One goal I am not aiming for is to be so-called skinny. I enjoy my curves, and believe I look good with them. I just want to be healthier, feel more comfortable, and more energetic. Now onto goals. LOL! ;) Stay within my WW points. Journal, and get in all my water for the day. First weight goal is to lose 10 pounds.

Weight Watchers Earn at least 1 points per day of activity. Water daily

I love my life, my darling Husband, and my Shieldmaidens sisters. I have 2 cats that I call my furbabies, as my husband and I have no children. Can't say I'd change anything about my life other than my weight. I feel it holds me back from living life more exciting.
