I live in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania with my husband.
I found Spark People seven years ago and have found success with the help of groups and teams. So far I have lost 50 + pounds but it has been a slow yo-yo process. I am still trying to achieve my goal weight. I would like to reach what I consider a "healthy" weight for me which is 135 pounds. I am just 10 pounds away. I am more worried about maintaining my weight loss. For me that is the hardest part- Keeping it OFF!

My Goals:
Finish off this year 2019 by not gaining any holiday weight!

Challenges for 2019:
January /2019 Squeaky Clean Keto Challenge (one month dairy-free).
February /2019 Daily Exercise Challenge. 28 days progressive daily exercise.
March-/2019 Track all foods every day.
April 2019 No Snacking Challenge
May - keep macros in check, get enough fat.
June/2019 - Repeating the No Snacking challenge
July /2019 Simple exercises to keep limber
August/2019 Give attention to emotions connected to food cravings.
September/2019 Keep choosing foods that continue to lower LDL cholesterol.
October-/2019 Eliminate all red meat from my diet and add more fish.
November/2019 Cut back on eggs I eat each week to only four eggs.
December/2019 Make sure I do not gain any weight back from holiday foods!

My Program:
Following a good food plan that works for me.
Have eliminated all red meat and added more fish.
Have reduced amount of weekly eggs from 12 eggs to only 4 eggs per week.
I am still dairy free since October 2018. .
Take supplements and vitamins daily.

Personal Information:
Married/retired. Living in Pennsylvania.
We have two married children and three grand children.

    On reading your home page I see you are concerned with maintaining your weight loss ... which is indeed an accomplishment worthy of pride. Congratulations.     I always love your comments. Glad your normal is back in place. You are my inspiration. I swear, the hard boiled eggs are what I consider my secret weapon. I'm about 8 lbs to my goal weight. It may take a year to get there but I am focused and will never give up.
