Introduction Text Hi my name is Kathy, I started SP the first week in Jan/09, I have the support of my husband and my children. That is what keeps me on track. When I falter I am reminded very quickly. I have been on other weight lose programs like WW and TOPS, I have lost weight and also gained it back. Now my journey is a lifetime changing journey. I know now that I cannot go back to the way things were, I have to change. I have made a committment to myself to change, not just for my family but expecially for me. I want to feel good, look better, and have the confidence that I should have. I have met may interesting people on SP, and enjoy the entire site in everyway. Thank you Spark People. SW 225

I AM FROM NEW BRUNSWICK, AND YES IT IS REALLY COLD HERE. I HAVE 2 WONDERFUL CHILDREN AND IS MARRIED.

I ENJOY MUSIC AND IS USUALLY SINGING EVEN THOUGH I CAN'T SING.
